Bans Diving

We summarize the main fishing bans in Italian waters as laid down in the regulation and in accordance with the Ordinances of the port captaincies and Coast Guard.

The exercise of underwater fishing is enshrined in Article from ’ 129 of regulation that forbids the practice under the following conditions:

a) at a distance of less than 500 meters from the beaches frequented by bathers;

b) at a distance of less than 100 meters from fishing nets and fixed installations;

c) at a distance of less than 100 meters from ships anchored outside the ports;

d) regular transit sea areas for the exit and entry at ports and anchorages, determined by the Chief of the maritime compartment;

and) from sunset to Sunrise.

The first step tends to protect the wet and then be interpreted so cautious. When we operate in areas with rocky shoreline and devoid of bathers the distance from the Mainland can be reduced.
