The winter season begins this year with the GOURMET SKI SAFARI, a whole new event, open to all and created especially for lovers of skiing and good food, scheduled for Sunday 2 December 2012, from 10.00 pm 16.00. You are the gourmet chef participants, that delight you in person, with your Slope Food, skiers, at the four huts in their assigned.   • Norbert Niederkofler (Restaurant St. Hubertus, 2 Michelin stars), combined with the refuge Mushrooms, for which he created the drink, He wanted to call "Marmolada Gourmet", a brook trout tartar with mashed potatoes and lemon, frothy "Graukäse", White onions Braised with white wine vinegar and crispy Speck Alto Adige, cucumber and horseradish.   • At Club Moritzino, skiers will be spoilt by Lorenzo Cogo, Chef of the restaurant El Coq Marano Vicentino, that will present a vegetarian salad with flowers, fruits and herbs in South Tyrol. The sommelier recommend matching this appetizer to a tasty South Tyrolean Sauvignon.

  • The refuge Col Alt is matched to the chef of Peck in Milan, Matteo Vigotti, that will delight guests with a crunchy bread with Parmesan pudding, Apples and Speck Alto Adige, combined with a South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer.
